Empire Building Challenge (EBC) is a partnership between NYSERDA and leading commercial real estate owners. Through this program, NYSERDA will invest $50 million to elevate new design approaches for low-carbon retrofits in New York’s high-rise buildings.
We’re stoked to spend the course of the year in good company, putting our heads together to develop a tailored decarbonization roadmap for 3 of Ascendant’s existing affordable housing buildings.
