The Alloy Block Downtown includes the first all-electric skyscraper and the first passive house public schools in New York. At the ground level, storefronts and public spaces are accessible to all.
The Alloy Block houses two public schools: a new elementary school and a new home for the Khalil Gibran International Academy.
