Nick and Jen embarked on a comprehensive renovation and update of a traditional Hanover, NH village colonial home to accommodate their growing family. The renovation they envisioned would focus on energy performance and comfort, air and environmental quality, and also lowering embodied carbon in their construction, without compromising on the classical aesthetics of their home. They brought on 475 High Performance Building Supply as building science consultant to partner with their existing design team (whose experience was more focused on conventional building materials) to assist in specifying and procuring the appropriate products to meet the varying demands of the project.
