It’s always exciting to see one of our favorite projects hit the market.

This Park Slope rowhome, situated on a bustling corner, has a two-car garage at the rear of the lot, and a courtyard connecting the main home and garage. Playing with the geometries of both structures’ facades allowed us to create a home filled with light, which still felt secluded from the street.
