C+GA’s Director of Sustainability and New York Passive House (NYPH) Board Member Crystal Ng recently co-hosted a booth at the Earth Day 2024 Festival, alongside NYPH Co-Founder and Executive Director Andreas M. Benzing, and fellow NYPH Board Member George Kontaroudis, AIA, LEED AP, CPHD.
They presented the sustainability features and Passive House design of several C+GA projects, including 4697 Third Ave, Melrose North, 819 Grand, and Three Arts.
