This four-unit multi-family building reclaims an open parking lot and will provide comfortable, healthy, and quiet apartments to live in. Most importantly, this project will be a teacher, helping people become aware of the benefits of a new type of building that is economical to build, easy to replicate, desirable to live in, and transformative in its efficiency and resource use.
