The House at Cornell Tech

Part of Cornell Tech’s new 2.1 million square foot technology campus. It serves as a lively and comfortable living place for informal social interactions between students and faculty while they reside on campus.

Bergen St Passive House

This Brooklyn row house, built originally in the 1870s, was gut renovated and achieved Passive House EnerPHit certification. The house is air tight and well insulated, and has a constant supply of fresh filtered air through its energy recovery ventilator.

Flow Chelsea

This 24 story building is currently the tallest Infill Passive House building in the world. The mixed use project has 55 residential apartments as well as a commercial retail space on the ground floor. The retail space is included in the Passive House envelope.
