Stas Zakrzewski

Co-founder, Principal STAS ZAKRZEWSKI received his Bachelors of Architecture degree from University College Dublin and his Masters of Architecture from Columbia University where he graduated with honors for excellence in design. He served as a board member for the non-profit New York Passive House organization and was appointed to the Advisory Board for New York City’s Local Law 97, an unprecedented commitment by the City of New York to increase the sustainability of buildings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions; he serves as Chair of the Multifamily Working Group.
Stas is a registered architect in the State of New York, a Certified Passive House Consultant, and a LEED AP. In 2022, Stas was elected to the American Institute of Architects College of Fellows, the AIA’s highest membership honor.
