Building Moisture Management – ASHRAE Chapter Dinner Meeting

Moisture is one of the biggest problems that facility managers can face when overseeing a building. Moisture buildup can cause a variety of issues, from damaging interior finishes to contributing to the growth of mold and bacteria. In this presentation, participants will lean about Moisture Management. Guest speaker, Jeff Boldt, will review the basics of psychrometrics, effects of moisture in materials and building envelope, and strategies on how to manage and control moisture and mitigate risks. Jeff Boldt is an ASHRAE distinguished lecturer and managing principal of IMEG Corp.
