The call for candidates for the 2024-2026 New York Passive House Board Members is now open. Passive house buildings are required to meet today’s challenges for high performance energy and environmental goals. New York Passive House needs persons with experience and strong leadership to guide the association to address the need to expand passive house requirements to all buildings. Joining our Board would not only provide you with an opportunity to make a significant impact on our association’s future but also offer a platform to collaborate with a talented and dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for achieving our mission. We believe that your industry expertise and leadership will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and enhancing our corporate governance. Successful applications will be determined by a members-only election.
Submit your application to be a Board Member candidate in the 2023-2026 NYPH Election by November 7th, 2023.
Candidate Application & Election Timeline
- November 7th: Applications are accepted until midnight.
- November 14th: Candidate information is sent out to members, electronic voting begins.
- Dec 1st: Elections close.

New York Passive House is the voice of NYC’s Passive House community. This voice becomes far more effective through great leadership and a fortified membership community.
