Summary of 2024​

  • The Governance and Nominations Committee reviewed and organized Board votes on the Anti-trust and Conflict of Interest documents.​
  • Board Officers were re-elected.​
  • Greg Ruoti was selected to fill Tom Eisele’s vacant seat.​
  • The Committee created a Working Scope Document for 2025.

2025 Outlook​

  • The Committee will review the Board composition and issue a Call for Board Members in July.​
  • New Board Member elections will be held in November.​
  • The Membership Agreement will be reviewed.​
  • The Committee will reach out to other Passive House organizations, review existing agreements, and establish new ones.
